Amy, CVT, Lead Technician
Amy joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2002. She sat for the Veterinary Technician National Examination and received her certification in 2002. Amy resides in Brimfield with her husband, Mark. They share their lives with two cats (Luke and Leia), a dog (Echo), and a horse (Journey).
Patti, Certified Veterinary Technician
Patti joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in 2001. She is a Certified Veterinary Technician with special interests in dentistry, pharmacology, nutrition, and behavior. In addition to her technician duties, Patti is in charge of purchasing and inventory for the clinic.Patti earned an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology from SUNY Farmingdale and a BS in Animal Bioscience from Penn State University. Since 1989, Patti has worked in private practices, emergency hospitals, an animal shelter, as an animal control officer, and in an animal diagnostic lab. Patti has shared her life with many pets, including ducks, rabbits, wild birds, mice, gerbils, hamsters, fish, and the usual cats and dogs. She loves Jersey cows - and hopes to someday get the horse she has always wanted.Patti moved to Massachusetts from New York in 1997 with her husband, daughter, and son. Outside of work, Patti enjoys traveling, boating, and whatever adventures her family finds. Sports have always played a big part in Patti's family life, and they currently are predominately a hockey family. Patti enjoys all the friends she has made in her life - and looks forward to the future as her children approach their college years.
Craig, Technician
Craig joined the Clinic in 1999.
Amanda, Technician
Amanda joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in 2006. She has a passion for helping animals and their people, so this is the perfect job for her! Amanda also has particular interests and training in veterinary nutrition and dentistry. In fact, she oversees our prescription diet inventory and related staff education initiatives.
Amanda shares her home with two cats (Detroit and Penny) and a rabbit (Bun-Buns).
Caleb, Technician
Caleb has worked part-time at the Clinic since 2006. He also works as an apprentice electrician. A native of South Hadley, Caleb lives in Holyoke with his wife, Laura, and their black lab, Tilley.
Nikki, Technician
Nikki joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in 2009. She previously worked at Angell as a specialty technician in general medicine, emergency medicine, and ICU. Nikki is known as our "cat whisperer" - with 5 cats of her own at home, how could she not be?Nikki lives with her fiance, 5 amazing cats, 3 fish, and 2 birds. In addition to her dedication to the clinic, Nikki enjoys listening to music (especially Britney Spears and Madonna), shopping, camping, and watching scary movies in her down time.
Rianne
Rianne joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in 2009. She enjoys spending time with her husband and
their two beautiful children. Rianne's family also shares their home with a dog
(Caroline) and two cats (Rocky Flower and Shirley)
Sharon
Sharon joined the Clinic in March 2009. She lives in Springfield with her honey, Darius, and daughters, Brianna & Asia. Sharon works full time at Westover while pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.
Jessica
Jessica joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in April 2009. She lives in Chicopee with her American Mastiff, Maddox. In addition to working full time as a Customer Service Specialist, Jessica is pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts and Science.
