Stephen B. Constant, DVM, Diplomate ACT
Dr. Constant established Westover Animal Clinic in 1995. Dr. Constant has B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, and then completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in Boston. Dr. Constant received board certification by the American College of Theriogenologists in 1992, following a two-year reproduction residency.
Emily S. Allen, DVM
Dr. Allen worked with aquatic animals at a research facility in Maine prior to joining the Westover Animal Clinic team in 1999. Dr. Allen has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She graduated from Cornell University of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.
Lisa M. Weppner, DVM, CVA
Dr. Weppner joined Westover Animal Clinic in 2005. Dr. Weppner has a B.S. in Biology from Florida State University. After graduating from the University of Florida College of Medicine, she worked in practices in Florida and Maryland. She is certified by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society.
Heather L. Dunn, DVM
Dr. Dunn joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in October 2010. She earned her DVM in 2005 from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. While Dr. Dunn enjoys practicing in all areas of veterinary medicine, she has a passion for Feline Internal Medicine. When she is not working, Dr. Dunn enjoys music, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her own Pomeranian, cat, and cockatiel.
