Alyssa joined our team in July of 2016. She received her Associates Degree in Business Management from Springfield Technical Community College in June of 2016. Since her childhood, Alyssa has had a love for all animals and has adopted and raised animals of all kinds. At home, she enjoys the company of her Boston Terrier, Oliver. She also enjoys reading (especially Harry Potter!), watching movies, and appreciating nature.

Dana joined the Westover team in August of 2015. He transferred from his hometown of Erie, PA, where he managed a private practice for over 18 years. Prior to that, he was a vet technician since 1989. He attended Penn State University for a short period where he initially studied biology, but later changed direction and received an ABS in Information Technology. But even with his business degree, he continued his passion of working in the veterinary field. He is very excited to be part of this amazing team and looks forward to a long future here at Westover, building relationships with the great clients and their beloved pets, and growing with the success of the practice. Outside the office, Dana enjoys spending time with his spouse, family and friends, really enjoys the outdoors and camping, U.S. and International travel, wine tasting, and exploring new culinary adventures. He also has 3 cats, Fredo, Gabriela, and Olga.

Danielle joined the team at Westover in June of 2017. She studied at Elms College after becoming a CNA in 2010, but has always wanted the opportunity to work in the veterinary field. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, Jace, who keeps her content and grounded. Her favorite pastime is to sing for her friends & family (whether they want to hear it or not), and she fancies herself as a total cat lady!
Emily joined the Westover team in February of 2017. Many see Emily as the “Jill” of all trades, as she has worked in many different business fields. She took all that she had learned and applied that knowledge in the veterinary field. She grew up in New York and learned most of what she knows from the various animal hospitals and shelters she was employed in. She moved to Massachusetts in 2010 with her husband. Together they have 2 fur-babies, Onyx and Juan.
Jessica joined our team in June 2016, but is no stranger to veterinary medicine. Her veterinary career started at a large animal clinic in California and she fell in love with the field ever since. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, and spending time with her spoiled golden retriever Buster.
Kristin joined our team in October 2016. She has always had a passion for animals, and wanted to work with animals since she was young. She lives in Chicopee with her husband, two daughters, two step daughters, two cats, Po Bear & Shyla, and her dog, Minion. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and Pets. She also enjoys photography, and watching The Dead Files and Ghost Adventures.
Kylie joined the Westover team in March of 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in May of 2014. She has always had a passion for animals since she was young, and has taken that passion into her career. She loves learning and equally loves the opportunity working in an environment where she learns new things everyday. She has 3 cats at home, but her favorite is “Kevin”.
Amy joined the team in 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 2002. She sat for the Veterinary Technician National Examination and received her certification in 2004. Amy resides in Brimfield with her husband, Mark. They share their lives with two cats (Luke and Leia), two dogs (Echo and Ruby), a horse (Journey), and a rabbit (Posie). She and Echo compete in the sport of K9 Nosework, while she and Ruby visit a local nursing home to help enrich the lives of its residents.
Amy joined our team in March of 2017. She has been a vet tech off & on for the past 20 years. She lives with her husband, 2 cats and two pit bulls that were rescued over 7 years ago. Her favorite animals to work with are llamas and goats; she has worked with them for several years and fell in love with their mischievous personalities. Here at the Clinic, she loves seeing and working with the large diversity of pets that come through the door – though she would love to see llamas come in! During her free time, she is an avid quilter and enjoys making quilts to give to friends and family.
Amanda joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in 2006. She has a passion for helping animals and their people, so this is the perfect job for her! Amanda also has particular interests and training in veterinary nutrition and dentistry. In fact, she oversees our prescription diet inventory and related staff education initiatives.
Amanda shares her home with two cats (Detroit and Penny) and a rabbit (Bun-Buns).
Ashley joined the Westover team in July of 2016. She has been a veterinary assistant for over 9 years. She has always had a real soft spot for animals. She feels that working with animals is so rewarding and the best part of her job. While not working, Ashley enjoys being with her boyfriend and her little girl Skylar Madison. She also loves taking her dog Gizmo our to play fetch as often as she can. Though Gizmo is now debilitated and has his own special wheelchair, he is loving life with his family!
Craig joined the Westover team as a veterinary assistant in 1999. When he is not at the work, Craig enjoys birding, being outside, spending time with his family and friends and watching baseball. He lives locally with his wife, son and two cats, Angus and Hamish.
Linda joined the Westover family in June of 2016. She graduated from Holyoke Community College’s Veterinary Technician program in 2011 with an associates degree in Animal Science. In 2012 Linda passed her Veterinary Technician National Examination and earned her Veterinary technician license. She lives in Turners Falls with her husband Paul, daughter Chloe and 3 guinea pigs, Genevieve, Olive, and Bingo . In her spare time, Linda enjoys reading, sewing, knitting, wine and canvas painting and spending time with family and friends.
Nikki joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in 2009. She previously worked at Angell as a specialty technician in general medicine, emergency medicine, and ICU. Nikki has over 10 years experience as a Veterinary Technician. Nikki is known as our "cat whisperer" - with 6 cats of her own at home, how could she not be?
Nikki resides in Holyoke with her husband Matt and 2 kids.
In addition to her dedication to the clinic, Nikki enjoys listening to music (especially Britney Spears and Madonna), shopping, camping, fishing, and watching scary movies in her down time.
Patti joined the team at Westover Animal Clinic in 2001. She is a Certified Veterinary Technician with special interests in dentistry, pharmacology, nutrition, and behavior. In addition to her technician duties, Patti is in charge of purchasing and inventory for the clinic.
Patti earned an Associates degree in Veterinary Technology from SUNY Farmingdale and a BS in Animal Bioscience from Penn State University. Since 1989, Patti has worked in private practices, emergency hospitals, an animal shelter, as an animal control officer, and in an animal diagnostic lab. Patti has shared her life with many pets, including ducks, rabbits, wild birds, mice, gerbils, hamsters, fish, and the usual cats and dogs. She loves Jersey cows - and hopes to someday get the horse she has always wanted.
Patti moved to Massachusetts from New York in 1997 with her husband, daughter, and son. Outside of work, Patti enjoys traveling, boating, and whatever adventures her family finds. Sports have always played a big part in Patti's family life, and they currently are predominately a hockey family. Patti enjoys all the friends she has made in her life - and looks forward to the future as her children approach their college years.
